If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund by contacting our customer support or emailing us at customerservice@brisira.com. We will do our best to respond to all inquiries within one business day with detailed guidance.

Key Requirements

  • Return Window: Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return or refund. No returns will be accepted without prior approval from our team.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges and promotional discounts are non-refundable.
  • Errors on Our End: If we shipped an incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs and expedite delivery of the correct product.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: For items arriving damaged or faulty due to our error, email clear photos of the issue to customerservice@brisira.com to qualify for a full refund. Refunds do not apply to damage caused by improper handling after delivery.

2025 Return Policy Updates

To qualify for a return or refund, items must:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Exhibit defects, damage, or soiling upon arrival, OR be an incorrect size/color.

Return Process

  • Contact Us First: Notify our customer service team of the items you wish to return and the reason.
  • Wait for Approval: Do not ship items back until we confirm your request.
  • Submit Documentation: After mailing the return, provide:
    • Order number
    • List and quantity of returned items
    • Return tracking number and carrier
    • Photos of:
      • Returned products
      • Original shipping label (from our delivery)
      • Return package shipping label
      • Unique barcode from the original item packaging

Refund Timeline

  Refunds begin processing once we receive and inspect your return. Allow:
  • 5 business days for refund authorization.
  • 5–14 business days (or up to 30 days in rare cases) for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
